FIXATE runs support for other companies, from customer and internal support to AI and engineers on site. It started in Göteborg in 2024 for a simple reason: when we went looking for a support provider ourselves, every one was selling hours and headcount, and none would take responsibility for the result. So we built one that would.

What We Do

We are paid for the result, not the hours.

Most suppliers sell seats or time, so they earn more when you need more of them. We are paid for the service delivered, and the price moves with what we deliver, in both directions.

Our people are allowed to decide: a refund, an exception, a fix on the spot. And we are measured on whether your customer's problem went away, not on how fast someone replied.

Maintain a relationship, not just solve a problem

The FIXATE Approach

FIXATE is new. The way it works is not. It comes from three decades of running support: on workshop floors, across countries and inside product companies. These are the steps that shaped it.

1996-

Where Service Starts
Support starts on the ground, where machines break and someone has to fix them while the customer waits. Quality is what still works after you leave.

2003-

Solving Problems, Not Symptoms
As operations grew, the same faults kept coming back. Closing the ticket wasn't the job. Removing the cause was.

2010-

Scaling Care Across Borders
Running support across countries showed that customers notice inconsistency before they notice speed. A workshop in the UK and a site in Sweden should get the same answer.

A rugged diagnostic laptop sits on a truck's chassis, connected by cables to the open engine bay for a diagnostic check.

2013-

Joining Support and Quality
Support and product quality were brought into one loop, so what customers reported changed the product, not just the reply. It is why FIXATE works to prevent problems, not only answer them.

2018-

Relentless Improvement
Building and leading international support showed that improvement is never a one-off project. It is a habit, built into how the work is measured.

2024-

Turning Experience into Action
FIXATE started in Göteborg: paid for the service delivered rather than the hours, with people who are allowed to decide, and measured on whether the problem went away.

Four colleagues gather around standing desks in an open-plan office. One in a blue hoodie points toward something off-frame while a man in a cream sweatshirt and a seated woman look on, with a bearded colleague listening in the foreground; monitors, a desk lamp, and a plant sit nearby.

We don't follow the old customer support model. We don't sell headcount. And we definitely don't do “good enough.”

How We Work Three things we do differently

Outsourcing has earned its bad reputation. Not because of the people answering, but because of how the deals are built. These three things are how we build ours.

01

Fix the structure

Recurring problems get traced back and removed, so the volume falls rather than the headcount rising.

02

People allowed to decide

A refund, a goodwill gesture, an exception where the policy does not fit. Limits are agreed with you, and they usually widen.

03

Inside your systems

Your helpdesk, your tone, your name. Nothing migrates, and your customers see no seam.

Who We Are The people who answer are the people who decide.

Every FIXATE team works inside a client's systems, under the client's name, and owns the result from first contact to resolution. That means showing up, taking responsibility, and doing it right rather than just fast.

We don't pretend to be perfect. When something goes wrong we say so, fix it, and change what caused it. We work with businesses where a bad answer shows up fast: online retailers, software companies, mobility operators and premium brands.

This is FIXATE.
Support that works because we do.
