When the fix has to happen on-site, in person.
What we offer
Our own engineers, not a subcontractor network
The people who turn up are employed by us, trained by us and known to us. We're accountable for what happens on site, not passing it down a chain. It's the same principle as the rest of what we do. The person in front of the problem is allowed to solve it.
The person who turns up knows what they're doing, and knows you can tell.
Installation and commissioning
Fitting hardware, getting it working, and confirming it does what it's meant to before we leave. Including the part most people skip, which is making sure whoever uses it afterwards knows how.
Workshop and dealer support
Supporting the people who service your product. Diagnostics, technical escalation, and training workshop staff so the same questions stop coming back to your engineers.
The desk and the van, from one partner
Most field problems start as a phone call and most support calls end with a site visit. Running both means the handover happens inside one team instead of between two suppliers.
You can buy either on its own. Together they
work better.
Where we work
Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and northern Germany. We're actively growing our Swedish coverage. We'd rather tell you where we can reach you properly than claim a map we can't service.
Reporting that survives the drive home
Every visit written up the same way. What was found, what was done, what's still open. So the pattern across a fleet or an estate is visible, instead of living in one engineer's head and leaving when he does.
What you gain
Our own employed engineers, not subcontractors
One partner for the phone call and the site visit
Nordics and northern Europe, Swedish coverage growing
Consistent write-ups across every visit
Patterns fed back into product and process
Field Support Is it for you
Ideal for equipment, telematics and hardware businesses with installed products in the field, and for brands whose product needs fitting, servicing or repairing in person.
If you need national coverage across all of Europe tomorrow, we're not there yet. We'll tell you what we can reach.
