Premium and luxury products are not bought casually. They represent identity, values, and intent.
When support does not hold, the damage is not just operational. Trust erodes, stories spread, and the brand feels careless. FIXATE runs customer service for premium and luxury brands so every interaction reflects the same standards as the product. All of it, or only the part you don’t want to carry. Evenings and weekends, the holiday weeks, or the whole function.
When support holds, the brand feels complete.
Premium products need support that extends the brand experience
Founders and senior staff stop answering customer emails themselves.
Replies that sound like your brand, not like a template.
One person follows each case from first message to fix, with the full history in front of them.
Only the real exceptions come to you, and quality stays where you set it.
Evenings, weekends and launch weeks covered without the tone slipping.
What customers struggle with after buying goes back to product and service.
How FIXATE solutions fit Premium Product needs
Managed support that sounds like your brand. Field service when the product needs fitting or repairing. In-house optimisation if you’d rather keep support yourself and make it better.
Managed Support: the same people, every time
Nobody buys a premium product casually, so nobody accepts a templated reply. The same named people answer your customers, in your tools and under your name, and get to know your product and your customers.
Hand over the evenings and weekends your team can’t cover, or the whole function.
- The same named people every time
- We start from last month’s tickets, not from a template
- We work inside your systems, under your name. Nothing migrates
- You pay for the service delivered, not the hours
Field Service: fitting, servicing and repair
Premium products often need someone on site. The people who turn up work for FIXATE, know the equipment, and make sure the customer knows how to use it before they leave.
- Installation and commissioning
- Repair, with the part on the van
- Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and northern Germany
- One partner for the phone call and the site visit
In-house Optimisation: keep it in-house, make it better
If your own team runs support, we go through your tickets with them, find where answers fall short of the product, and fix the flows, the tone and the help content.
- Starts from last month’s tickets
- Tone and responses that match your brand
- Changes made with your team, not left in a report
- Measured on repeat contacts before and after
Frequently Asked Questions
Will our customers be able to tell it isn’t us?
No, because it is you. We work inside your systems, under your name, with the same named people every time. They learn your product, your tone and your edge cases, and after a few months they know them better than a new hire would.
We only get a handful of enquiries a week. Are we too small?
No. We start from one ticket a week. Most outsourcers will not talk to you below ten seats, and at that volume you cannot justify a hire either.
Our enquiries are not simple. Can your people handle real product questions?
That is the point of a small named team rather than a pool. First and second line are both included, and roughly five to ten per cent of tickets reach your own people, usually the ones that genuinely need you.
Do we have to hand over everything?
No. Evenings and weekends, the holiday weeks, one channel, or the whole function. Your team keeps the work it should own.
Who decides when something needs a goodwill gesture?
Our people do, up to limits you set at onboarding. A refund up to a value you agree, an exception where the policy does not fit the person in front of them. You cannot protect an experience with people who have to ask first.
What if a customer needs someone to come out?
If you have something physical to install, commission or service, our engineers cover the Nordics and northern Germany. If you do not, this does not apply to you.
